Savi's Workshop & Droid Depot Now Require Upfront Payment

All Star Wars fans planning a trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World – there’s an important update you need to know about if you’re looking to build your own droid or lightsaber.

Savi’s Workshop, where you can craft your own custom lightsaber, and Droid Depot, where you can build your very own droid companion, have recently changed their booking policies. Previously, these experiences required a credit card guarantee when booking. Full payment would be collected upon arrival. However, now, both experiences have shifted to a pre-paid booking system. This means you’ll be charged the full amount at the time of booking, eliminating the need for additional payment upon arrival.

Guests will now simply just need to check-in 5-10 minutes before your reservation time and you’re good to go! There are no changes to the experiences themselves.

The cost for Savi’s Workshop is $249.99 (plus tax) and the cost for Droid Depot is $119.99 (plus tax).
