The Diamond Horseshoe to Debut Limited-Time Pop-Up Dining Experience at Magic Kingdom This Fall

A brand-new dining experience is coming to Magic Kingdom this fall! Disney has announced that The Diamond Horseshoe will soon host a limited-time pop-up dining experience, giving guests another unique place to grab a bite while visiting Frontierland.

While Walt Disney World has not yet revealed the full menu or opening date, the first details tease a selection of elevated snacks and specialty beverages that are sure to be popular with park guests.

What We Know About the New Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up

The limited-time offering will temporarily take over The Diamond Horseshoe, replacing the current Jessie’s Roundup experience, which is expected to continue through September 8. So expect the pop-up to open after that date.

Disney says the pop-up will welcome both advance reservations and walk-up guests, with additional information on booking expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

First Look at the Menu

Although the complete menu has not yet been released, Disney has shared a preview of several items guests can look forward to.

One of the highlights is a shareable charcuterie board featuring:

  • Cured beef
  • “Fancy bacon”
  • Smoked pork
  • Green chile cheese
  • Smoked cheddar
  • Pickles

For beverages, guests will find both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

A refreshing strawberry hot honey lemonade will be made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey, all finished with a chili-lime rim for a sweet-and-spicy twist.

Those looking for a cocktail can enjoy a prickly pear margarita featuring:

  • LALO Blanco Tequila
  • Prickly pear
  • Lime
  • Agave

These early menu items suggest Disney is aiming for a more elevated, lounge-style experience perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Thanksgiving Dinner Isn’t Going Anywhere

Fans of one of Magic Kingdom’s most beloved comfort meals don’t need to worry.

The popular family-style Thanksgiving dinner will continue to be served next door at Liberty Tree Tavern, ensuring guests can still enjoy the classic feast while The Diamond Horseshoe hosts its new seasonal offering.

Opening Date Still to Be Announced

Disney has not yet confirmed exactly when the new The Diamond Horseshoe pop-up dining experience will open, but with Jessie’s Roundup expected to wrap up after September 8, it likely won’t be long before more details are released.

We’ll continue updating this article as Disney announces:

  • The official opening date
  • The complete food and beverage menu
  • Reservation information

If you’re planning a fall visit to Magic Kingdom, this limited-time pop-up could become one of the newest must-try dining experiences in the park.
