The Diamond Horseshoe to Debut Limited-Time Pop-Up Dining Experience at Magic Kingdom October 4

A brand-new dining experience is coming to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World this fall! Disney has announced that The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square will soon host a limited-time pop-up dining experience, bringing a new menu of small plates, specialty drinks, cocktails and more to the historic restaurant.

The new experience will officially debut on October 4, 2026, with reservations opening September 29. Guests will have the option to make an advance reservation or try to join the walk-up list during their visit.

The limited-time offering will replace the current Jessie’s Roundup experience at The Diamond Horseshoe.

Disney has also revealed the menu for the new experience, so let’s take a look at what’s coming!

When Does the New Diamond Horseshoe Dining Experience Open?

The new limited-time dining experience at The Diamond Horseshoe opens October 4, 2026.

Disney has not announced how long the pop-up dining experience will be available, so guests interested in trying it may want to keep it on their list for upcoming Magic Kingdom visits.

What We Know About the New Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up

Rather than another traditional family-style meal, the new experience will offer guests a chance to relax inside The Diamond Horseshoe while ordering from a menu filled with shareable small plates, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, wine and draft beer.

The menu leans heavily into flavors that fit The Diamond Horseshoe’s Old West setting, with options including barbecue burnt ends, sticky ribs, corn fritters, charcuterie and a variety of whiskey, tequila, rum and vodka cocktails.

First Look at the Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up Menu

Whether you’re looking for something to share or just want to escape the crowds for a drink and a snack, there are several new options coming to The Diamond Horseshoe.

Small Plates

Charcuterie

A selection of cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar and pickles.

Glazed Sticky Ribs

Glazed sticky ribs served with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps.

Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends

Queso fundido and barbecue burnt ends served with warm tortilla chips.

Sweet Golden Corn Fritters

Sweet golden corn fritters served with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey.

Chipotle Chicken Tostada

A chipotle chicken tostada topped with queso fresco, lime crema and pickled cactus salsa.

Mini Hot Dog Platter

Mini hot dogs wrapped in pastry and served with tortilla chips and a side of queso.

Specialty Non-Alcoholic Drinks

The menu will also include several specialty drinks for guests looking for something beyond the usual soft drinks.

Orange Cream Soda

Fanta Orange combined with vanilla and cream.

Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream

Barq’s Root Beer flavored with caramel and topped with sweet cream.

Enchanting Ember Lemonade

Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey.

The strawberry hot honey lemonade offers a sweet-and-spicy combination and is finished with a chili-lime rim.

Enchanted Grove Lime Splash

Minute Maid Limeade with cucumber and mint.

Cocktails

The Diamond Horseshoe will have an extensive cocktail menu featuring whiskey, tequila, vodka, rum and bourbon.

Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Aperol liqueur, strawberry puree, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and basil.

Cactus Rose Margarita

LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave.

High Plains Huckleberry

44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, creme de cassis liqueur, lemon juice and cranberry.

Rattler Rum Punch

Bacardi Superior Rum, orange, pineapple, lime and passion fruit, garnished with a sweet-and-spicy rim.

Coal’d Fashioned

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters and Angostura bitters.

Seasonal Cocktail

The menu will also feature a seasonal cocktail.

In Holiday Fashion

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, rosemary syrup, cranberry and cinnamon.

Wine Selection

Guests looking for wine will have three selections available.

Sparkling: Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco

White: Fess Parker Riesling

Red: MacMurray Estate Pinot Noir

Draft Beer Selections

Three draft beers are listed for the new menu:

• Samuel Adams Boston Lager
• Yuengling Traditional Lager
• Cigar City Jai Alai IPA

What Happens to Jessie’s Roundup?

The new limited-time dining experience will replace the current Jessie’s Roundup offering at The Diamond Horseshoe beginning October 4.

Because Disney is describing the new experience as a limited-time offering, it remains to be seen what will eventually follow the pop-up at The Diamond Horseshoe.

Thanksgiving Dinner Isn’t Going Anywhere

Fans of one of Magic Kingdom’s most popular comfort-food meals don’t need to worry about the change at The Diamond Horseshoe.

The family-style Thanksgiving-inspired dinner will continue to be served next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.

That means guests will still be able to enjoy the traditional feast while The Diamond Horseshoe offers its new menu of small plates and specialty beverages.
