Hurly-Burly at Disney’s BoardWalk: New Lounge With Live Music, Food & Cocktails Opens October 1

A brand-new lounge is getting ready to make its debut at Disney’s BoardWalk, and it will offer two very different experiences depending on when you visit.

Hurly-Burly will officially open on October 1, 2026, bringing food, specialty cocktails, live entertainment and interactive activities to the BoardWalk.

During the afternoon, the new venue will welcome families for games, trivia and other activities. Then, beginning at 9 p.m., Hurly-Burly will become an adults-only lounge for guests ages 21 and older, complete with live music and a more relaxed nighttime atmosphere.

Disney has also revealed the all-day menu, which includes everything from meatballs and roast beef sliders to creative cocktails and a Caramel Corn Cold Brew.

Hurly-Burly Menu at Disney’s BoardWalk

Hurly-Burly will serve an all-day menu featuring small bites, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, hard cider and hard seltzer.

Several drinks will also be available from the venue’s walk-up window, giving guests another way to try some of the new offerings.

Here’s everything Disney has revealed for the menu.

Small Bites

Meatballs in Tomato Gravy

Veal, pork and beef meatballs served with tomato gravy, stracciatella cheese, Pecorino Romano and toasted focaccia.

A plant-based option will be available upon request.

Antipasto

A selection of sliced meats, Burrata, Pecorino Romano and marinated vegetables.

Mini Pretzels with Bacon-Cheese Fondue

Mini pretzels served with bacon-cheese fondue for dipping.

Tomato Pie

Focaccia, tomato sauce, oregano and Pecorino Romano.

A plant-based option will be available upon request.

Oven-Roasted Shrimp

Oven-roasted shrimp served with garlic, herbs and sweet pepper-onion relish.

Roast Beef Sliders

Shaved roast beef and horseradish-mustard sour cream served on slider rolls.

Theater Concessions

A playful trio featuring meatballs, a sugar cookie and buttered popcorn.

Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts

Mini apple cider doughnuts served with miso-caramel sauce.

Non-Alcoholic Specialty Beverages

Hurly-Burly will also serve several specialty non-alcoholic drinks, including options that guests can pick up from the walk-up window.

Overture in Orange

A nostalgic frozen treat made with Minute Maid Orange Juice and topped with sweet cream.

Caramel Corn Cold Brew

Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee topped with caramel sweet cream and caramel popcorn.

Cherry Marquee

Minute Maid Premium Lemonade blended with Amarena cherries and garnished with a gourmet cherry.

Specialty Cocktails

Cocktails make up a significant portion of the Hurly-Burly beverage menu, with drinks featuring bourbon, whiskey, tequila, vodka, gin, rum and more.

Overproof Amaretto Sour

Lazzaroni Amaretto Liqueur, Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon and lemon juice.

Caramel Corn Old Fashioned

Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, caramel corn and The Bitter Truth Decanter Bitters.

Cherry-Vodka Limeade

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Amarena cherry and cold-pressed lime juice.

The Atlantic Review

Hangar One Mandarin Blossom Vodka, Cointreau Liqueur, Minute Maid Orange Juice and Sprite.

Bubble Brava!

Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Italian Amaro, lemon juice and Viarae Prosecco.

La Taquilla Picante

Ghost Blanco Tequila, lime juice, orgeat and rose water, finished with a spiced nutmeg rim.

Mertini

Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry and Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters.

Road to Fame

An Atlantic Coast-inspired whiskey sour made with Michter’s Single Barrel Rye Whiskey, Laird’s Straight Applejack Brandy and lemon juice.

Off-book Bramble

Fords Gin, Combier Crème de Mûre Liqueur, lemon juice and blackberry.

Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum, demerara, lime juice, mint and Angostura bitters, topped with Viarae Prosecco.

Guests won’t necessarily have to spend time inside Hurly-Burly to try some of its signature beverages.

Disney has confirmed that several drinks will also be offered at the walk-up window, including:
