Disney World Annual Passholder Mickey Magnet: How to Get the New Purchase & Renewal Option

Oh boy! Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are getting another exclusive magnet, but this one works a little differently than the complimentary magnets occasionally distributed around the theme parks.

Starting with Annual Pass anniversaries in September 2026, Passholders who renew their Annual Pass will receive a new Mickey Mouse magnet in the mail!

And renewals aren’t the only way to get one. Guests who purchase a Walt Disney World Annual Pass will also receive the special magnet by mail.

New Mickey Mouse Annual Passholder Magnet

The new Annual Passholder magnet features Mickey Mouse dressed in dapper attire, with a design inspired by Main Street, U.S.A. and the Dapper Dans.

Instead of requiring Passholders to visit a theme park or wait in a distribution line, Disney will mail this particular magnet directly to eligible Passholders. Disney always mails one Mickey magnet to Passholders as a thank you.

Do keep in mind that other magnets that get announced throughout the year, like the recent Kermit magnet are only available to pick up in the parks.

When Will Disney Mail the Magnet?

Disney says the magnet will be mailed within six weeks of your Annual Pass anniversary or purchase date, beginning with September 2026 renewals.

That means Passholders shouldn’t necessarily expect their magnet to arrive immediately after renewing.

There’s a Two-Magnet Household Limit

There is one important restriction to know if multiple Annual Passholders live in your household.

Disney is limiting the mailing to two magnets per household for Passholders,.

So, even if more than two eligible Passholders in your household renew, you shouldn’t expect a magnet for every Passholder.

Make Sure Your MyDisney Address Is Current

Before you start watching the mailbox, there’s one important thing you’ll want to check.

Your mailing address needs to be current in your MyDisney account to receive the magnet.

If you’ve recently moved or aren’t sure which address is associated with your Disney account, now would be a good time to double-check your information. (And trust me….you want to double check because I moved over 13 years ago to Georgia and for some reason, my old Albuquerque address still pops up on occasion for some reason.)
