Your Guide to Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Orlando

Last Updated: June 30, 2026 – Hellraiser Haunted House Announced
Get ready for the chaos and fear to return for Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Orlando Resort.
During this year’s MegaCon Orlando, Universal officially revealed that this year’s hosts will be the “Ringmasters of Fear,” Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. These two legendary Halloween Horror Nights icons are teaming up to bring a new level of terror to the event’s 35th anniversary.
Universal had previously teased that at least one icon would return for 2026 and now fans are getting not one, but two, in what promises to be an unforgettable year.
Infernal Carnival of Nightmares Takes Over
For 2026, Halloween Horror Nights 2026 unleashes a brand-new theme: “Infernal Carnival of Nightmares.” This twisted concept will transform Universal Studios Florida into a decaying, fear-fueled carnival filled with sinister energy around every corner.
Guests can expect a full slate of haunted houses, scare zones, and live entertainment all tied into this nightmarish carnival setting. The event will blend original horror with nods to Halloween Horror Nights history, while also pulling inspiration from some of the biggest names in the genre. All while creating a chaotic mix of past and present scares.
Adding to the intensity, Halloween Horror Nights 35 marks the first time iconic rivals Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow will join forces. These two forces of fear are no longer working against each other. Instead, they’re teaming up to unleash even greater terror on unsuspecting guests.
Because this year, the message is clear: a fear divided is a fear diluted. If that isn’t a terrifying thought, I don’t know what is!
Who Are Jack and Oddfellow?
Jack the Clown is one of the most recognizable and beloved icons in Halloween Horror Nights history, known for his chaotic energy and sinister humor.
Dr. Oddfellow, on the other hand, brings a more calculated and eerie presence, often associated with control, manipulation, and dark storytelling.
Together, they create a dynamic contrast that perfectly fits this year’s theme.
First Haunted House Announced: Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos vs. Control

The first haunted house for 2026 has also been revealed: Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control.
In this all-new experience, guests will witness the unholy origins of Jack the Clown before stepping into the twisted world of Dr. Oddfellow. Inside, these two powerful forces of horror will collide in a terrifying showdown – a deathmatch of chaos versus control.
With both characters known for their deep ties to Halloween Horror Nights lore, this house is expected to be a major highlight of the event.
Second Haunted House Announced: Sinners

Universal Orlando has officially announced the second haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights and it’s inspired by the award-winning film Sinners.
In this terrifying new haunted house, guests will step inside Club Juke. Here, the Smokestack Twins are desperately trying to fend off a horde of bloodthirsty vampires. Based on the intense atmosphere and horror elements from the film, this house sounds like it’s going to deliver plenty of scares, suspense, and chaos.
Between the eerie nightclub setting and the looming vampire threat, Sinners already feels like it could become one of the standout original experiences at this year’s event.
Third Haunted House Announced: Stranger Things 5

They’re going back to Hawkins one last time.
Universal Orlando has officially announced Stranger Things 5 as the third haunted house coming to Halloween Horror Nights, bringing guests back into the terrifying world of The Upside Down for what promises to be the final chapter of the hit Netflix series.
This all-new haunted house will place guests directly into the action as the Hawkins gang faces their greatest threat yet. As you make your way through iconic scenes inspired by the fifth and final season, you’ll encounter horrifying creatures from The Upside Down, including an army of terrifying Demogorgons lurking around every corner.
But the monsters aren’t the only danger.
Guests will find themselves caught in the middle of the ultimate battle against the forces threatening Hawkins. Along the way, you’ll come face-to-face with the sinister Mind Flayer, while the powerful and terrifying Vecna looms over the experience as the final evil that must be defeated.
Will Hawkins survive one last trip into The Upside Down? Guests will find out when they enter Stranger Things 5 at Halloween Horror Nights.
Fourth Haunted House Announced: H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!

Halloween Horror Nights is bringing back one of its most infamous horror hosts.
Universal Orlando has officially announced H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular! as the fourth haunted house for this year’s event, putting guests directly into a twisted television special hosted by the self-proclaimed maître d’macabre himself.
Fans of Halloween Horror Nights lore may remember H.R. Bloodengutz as the outrageous host of WKNB’s late-night horror programming. This time, he’s taking over the airwaves for a special Halloween scare-a-thon filled with everything horror fans could want.
As guests make their way through the haunted house, they’ll find themselves trapped inside Bloodengutz’s terrifying broadcast, where every channel delivers a new nightmare.
If you’re looking for a haunted house packed with mayhem and plenty of blood-soaked fun, H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular! looks ready to deliver.
Fifth Haunted House Announced: MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals

Universal Orlando has announced the fifth haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights, and this one sounds absolutely brutal.
MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals will take guests inside a defunct zoo that has been transformed into the hunting ground of warring cannibal factions. With no animals left to contain, the humans have become the real beasts.
These factions have taken their animal instincts to horrifying extremes. They are territorial, vicious, and starvingand unfortunately for guests, anyone who enters their domain is seen as the next meal.
The abandoned zoo setting already feels like the perfect backdrop for a chaotic Halloween Horror Nights house, with cages, dark pathways, overgrown exhibits, and nowhere truly safe to hide. Between rival cannibal groups and the constant feeling of being hunted, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals could end up being one of the most intense original houses of the year.
After all, in this zoo, you’re not here to see the animals. You’re lunch.
Sixth Haunted House Announced: Cybergoria

Halloween Horror Nights is heading into a terrifying future with the announcement of its newest original haunted house: Cybergoria.
This all-new nightmare transports guests thousands of years into the future, where humanity has fallen under the control of machines with one chilling mission-to make you live forever… whether you want to or not.
As you journey through this frozen, dystopian world, you’ll encounter terrifying cybernetic creations and relentless mechanical horrors that have erased the line between life and death. Their promise of immortality comes at a horrifying cost, and escaping their grasp may prove impossible.
. If the machines have their way, you’ll never leave… at least not as yourself.
Seventh Haunted House Announced: INVASION: Alien Abduction

Halloween Horror Nights is heading into deep space with the announcement of another original haunted house: INVASION: Alien Abduction.
In this terrifying sci-fi nightmare, guests will find themselves at a remote rural homestead that has become the target of a full-scale extraterrestrial invasion. A ship carrying the mysterious Grays has arrived, and they’re not here to make peaceful contact.
Instead, these otherworldly beings are searching for fresh human test subjects.
Eighth Haunted House Announced: Hellraiser

Universal Orlando has officially announced Hellraiser as the eighth haunted house for this year’s event, bringing Clive Barker’s iconic horror franchise to life. Inspired by the original Hellraiser trilogy, guests will step into a realm where pain and pleasure collide as they become part of one of Pinhead’s terrifying rituals.
Fans of the films can expect a faithful recreation of some of the franchise’s most unforgettable moments. Universal has promised a haunted house filled with gruesome practical effects, shocking gore, and scenes pulled straight from the movies, making it one of the bloodiest experiences of the event.
But that’s not all. The creative team has also revealed that Hellraiser will feature an all-new effect using technology that has never before been seen at Halloween Horror Nights. While details are being kept under wraps, it promises to deliver one of the most innovative moments in HHN history.
