The Traitors & The Voice Pop-Up Bars Take Over Universal CityWalk

Well, this is fun! Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort has two new NBC-inspired pop-up bar experiences, giving fans of The Traitors: New Blood and The Voice a chance to step inside the worlds of the shows and enjoy some exclusive drinks while they’re at it.

Over at Universal’s Great Movie Escape, guests can decide whether they’re a Faithful or a Traitor with a The Traitors: New Blood takeover featuring themed decor, authentic costumes and an entire lineup of specialty cocktails and mocktails.

Meanwhile, CityWalk’s Rising Star is getting a The Voice-inspired makeover complete with themed decor and two limited-time cocktails.

Here’s what’s waiting for you at both experiences.

The Traitors: New Blood Themed Bar at Universal’s Great Movie Escape

Are you a Faithful or a Traitor?

You can find out at the new The Traitors: New Blood-themed takeover at the bars inside Universal’s Great Movie Escape.

The experience takes inspiration from the series with Scottish castle-style decor and specialty drinks with names fans of the show will immediately recognize.

And if you’re already heading to Great Movie Escape to test your skills in one of its escape room adventures, a themed cocktail could be a pretty fun way to kick off the experience.

There are separate menus available at The Library and The Roundtable, with each offering its own cocktails and non-alcoholic option.

The Library Beverage Menu

The Raven

A dark and fruity cocktail featuring scotch whisky, blackberry whiskey, cassis liqueur, lemon juice and ginger beer, garnished with blackberry and a mint bouquet.

A Murder in Plain Sight

A sweet and sparkling combination of prosecco, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice, finished with a lemon peel twist.

The Castle at Midnight

This rich espresso martini combines vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur, espresso and chocolate bitters, with espresso beans as the garnish.

The Secret Passage

A smooth, smoky cocktail featuring bourbon, agave syrup, orange bitters and bourbon barrel-aged aromatic bitters, finished with an expressed orange peel.

The Shield

Looking for something without alcohol? This fizzy mocktail combines apple juice, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, smoked saline solution and club soda, finished with a lemon peel garnish.

The Roundtable Beverage Menu

The Faithful

A bright cocktail made with gin, blue curaçao, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, garnished with a lemon wheel.

The New Blood

This cocktail mixes cherry rum, dark rum, cassis liqueur, cherry liqueur, lime juice, hibiscus syrup and barrel-aged spiced cherry bitters.

It’s finished with a mint bouquet, dehydrated lime wheel and dried hibiscus flower.

The Traitor

A combination of rye whiskey, red Italian bitter, lemon juice, grenadine, simple syrup and barrel-aged spiced cherry bitters topped with cocktail foamer and finished with an expressed orange peel.

The Dagger

This vibrant drink features vodka, green Chartreuse liqueur, lime and lychee syrup, topped with cocktail foamer and garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel.

The Ally

The Roundtable’s non-alcoholic option combines lemon juice, club soda, blue curaçao and elderflower syrup, garnished with a lemon wheel.

The drinks aren’t the only reason fans of The Traitors: New Blood may want to stop by.

Along with the Scottish castle-inspired bar decor, Universal’s Great Movie Escape will display two authentic costumes worn by host Alan Cumming.

The Voice Takes Over CityWalk’s Rising Star

Ready to see if you can turn a chair or two?

Over at CityWalk’s Rising Star, the karaoke club is getting its own NBC takeover inspired by The Voice.

The venue features The Voice-inspired decor along with two limited-time specialty cocktails.

And considering Rising Star is already all about getting on stage and showing off your vocal skills, this takeover seems like a pretty perfect match.

The Blind Audition

A spiced cocktail made with bourbon, lime juice, house-made honey syrup and lemon-lime soda.

Chair Turner

A bittersweet cocktail combining white tequila, triple sec, lime juice, cranberry juice and agave syrup.

Whether your performance actually gets any chairs to turn is another story!

Two New Pop-Up Experiences at Universal CityWalk

These two limited-time takeovers give guests another reason to explore Universal CityWalk beyond the theme parks.
