Universal Removes Express Pass Access from Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure

Updated: July 1, 2026 – Universal Orlando Resort has removed Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure from its Express Pass offerings.
Just a little over a year after adding Universal Express access to Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, Universal Orlando Resort is reversing course.
Beginning July 1, 2026, the popular attraction will no longer be included in the Universal Express program. This operation change will help “to improve the flow of the experience for all of our guests.”
Hagrid’s remains one of the most in-demand attractions at Universal Orlando, with standby wait times frequently topping two hours. Since Express access was introduced in 2025, many guests noticed longer standby waits and increasing delays in the Express queue as well.
Starting July 1, all guests, including those with Universal Express Unlimited or complimentary Express access through Premier Hotels, will need to use the standby queue to experience Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.
For guests planning a visit after July 1, arriving early for park opening or taking advantage of Early Park Admission (if eligible) will once again be the best strategy for experiencing one of Universal Orlando’s most popular attractions with the shortest possible wait.
