How To Initially Experience Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland

We’re getting so close to the official opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland Park! The attraction officially opens on November 15 and if you want to ride this attraction any time soon, there are some things you need to know! Here are some helpful tips that will hopefully assist you in your chances of riding this new Bayou Country attraction.
When the attraction opens, Guests will be only be able to access the attraction through either the virtual queue or by purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass. A standby queue will not be available during the attraction’s initial opening days. The virtual queue enrollment times will be twice daily, at 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. PT.
The attraction does have a height requirement of 40 inches, so if you’re little one is too small, you’ll be able to participate in Rider Switch. This allows one adult to ride while the other waits with the other waits with those too short to ride. Then, the Guests switch!
While the Walt Disney World version gets Guests wet, let me tell you, the Disneyland version is going to soak you! (I was not expecting to get SO wet when riding this prior, when it was Splash Mountain. Let me tell you though, I was certainly glad I had the extra change of clothes with me.) So, be prepared. Bring the poncho and give valuables to a Guest waiting for you, or place in a resealable plastic bag ahead of time. If you need a poncho, waterproof phone pouch or even a towel, those will be available for purchase at Louis’ Critter Club.
