Bountiful Valley Brews Is Coming to Disney California Adventure With Pizza Egg Rolls and New Cocktails

Disney California Adventure is getting a new place to grab a snack and a refreshing drink, and the menu already has a few items that sound worth trying!

Bountiful Valley Brews is opening in November 2026, bringing a selection of specialty cocktails, craft beers, and a savory snack to the park.

While the drink menu is the main attraction, there’s also a Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll with pesto dipping sauce that might be just as tempting.

Here’s a look at everything coming to Bountiful Valley Brews.

Bountiful Valley Brews Food and Drink Menu

The new location will offer a mix of fruity cocktails, beer selections, and a non-alcoholic refresher. There’s even a cocktail flight for guests who want to sample several of the new drinks.

Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll

A crispy egg roll filled with pepperoni pizza flavors, served with pesto dipping sauce.

Specialty Cocktails

Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini

Vodka mixed with pomegranate and lime juices, finished with blueberry foam. This colorful cocktail offers a combination of fruity and citrus flavors.

Strawberry-Mango Margarita

Tequila blended with strawberry, mango, orange, and lime juices, served with a chile-lime rim. Expect a tropical-inspired drink with a little kick from the rim.

Southern Whiskey Peach Tea

Whiskey mixed with peach black tea and garnished with a peach gummy ring. It’s a playful take on a classic whiskey-and-tea combination.

Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight

Can’t decide which cocktail sounds best?

The Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight includes three of the location’s specialty drinks:

• Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini
• Strawberry-Mango Margarita
• Southern Whiskey Peach Tea

The flight could be a fun option for guests interested in sampling the different flavor combinations without choosing just one cocktail.

Disney has not yet shared the flight’s price or serving sizes.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage

Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher

For guests looking for something without alcohol, this drink combines pomegranate and lime juices with blueberry foam and a berry topping.

It offers a non-alcoholic way to enjoy some of the same fruity flavors featured in the martini.

Beer and Micheladas

In addition to its specialty cocktails, Bountiful Valley Brews will serve:

• Select craft beers
• Select micheladas

What Should You Try at Bountiful Valley Brews?

The Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll is probably the most intriguing item on the menu, especially with that pesto dipping sauce. It’s a different take on a familiar snack and could be a fun option if you’re looking for something savory between attractions.

For drinks, the Strawberry-Mango Margarita sounds like a good choice for anyone who enjoys tropical flavors, while the Southern Whiskey Peach Tea stands out for its unusual peach gummy ring garnish.

And if you’re visiting with someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, the Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher means there’s still a specialty beverage to try.

The cocktail flight is another interesting addition, particularly for guests who enjoy exploring new drink menus at Disney California Adventure.

Of course, we’ll have to wait until the location opens to see how everything looks and tastes in person!

When Does Bountiful Valley Brews Open?

Bountiful Valley Brews is scheduled to open at Disney California Adventure in November 2026.

An exact opening date and menu prices have not yet been announced in the information released so far.

We’re especially curious about that Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll though!
