Six Ravens Soft Opens Soon: Everything You Need to Know

If you’re a fan of Gideon’s Bakehouse, you already know the hype is real. This spot is well known for their delicious desserts. Their cookies are a staple in our house (we may have had one last night before bed…no regrets) and their cakes slices are enormous. Plus their coffee is incredible.

Now, Gideon’s is branching out in a big way, and this time, it’s going savory.

This summer, Six Ravens, a brand-new dining concept from the minds behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, will officially open at Disney Springs. The new concept was originally announced back in January 2026.

And now we officially know that Six Ravens will soft open on August 3, 2026.

What Is Six Ravens?

Six Ravens is an entirely new culinary experience that shifts the focus from sweets to savory, handcrafted comfort food. The menu will explore bold new territory.

At the heart of Six Ravens is a signature item called a Coffyn.

What Are Coffyns?

Coffyns are the original term for an old school hand pie. This fluffy yeast bread is filled with flavors created not only by the talented minds in Gideon’s kitchen but also by some of your favorite Orlando culinary superstars. ⁣⁣

Six Ravens Menu

Burger lovers can dig into The Peasant’s Patty, a classic cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle bits tucked inside a sesame seed Coffyn and served with Pink Salamander Dipping Sauce.

If you’re looking for something Italian-inspired, The Villain of Valentina features basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and garlic inside a crispy herb panko Coffyn, paired with Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice.

Barbecue fans won’t want to miss The Wizard’s Wonder, which combines creamy mac and cheese, pulled pork, pickled poblano peppers, and BBQ panko crumbs inside a BBQ crumb Coffyn. It’s served with Prince Donut’s Smoke & Cherry BBQ Sauce for an extra layer of smoky sweetness.

For those craving bold global flavors, The Imperial Idol offers mildly spicy chicken with potato and carrot coconut curry inside a fried garlic Coffyn, accompanied by Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce.

Vegetarians have several delicious choices as well. The Moreish Monk is a gourmet grilled cheese featuring Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, and house-made tomato jam inside a parmesan Coffyn, served with Wolf Peach Dipping Sauce. Another meat-free favorite is The Forager’s Find, filled with spiced roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, crushed pepitas, and queso cotija in a pumpkin seed Coffyn, paired with Tropic of Mango Aioli.

If you’re visiting in the morning, Six Ravens also offers The Rooster’s Roar, available daily from 9 a.m. until sold out. Guests can choose between a bacon, egg, and cheese Coffyn or a vegetarian potato, egg, and cheese version, both served on an everything bagel Coffyn with Papi’s Crema Dipping Sauce.

With a menu full of inventive flavors and portable handheld meals, Six Ravens offers one of the most unique quick-service dining experiences.

Other Menu Items

In addition to the signature Coffyns, guests will also find a variety of delicious sides and drink options. Be sure to pair your meal with smashed potatoes.

To complement the menu, Six Ravens will also offer a selection of locally crafted beer. These have beendeveloped in partnership with some of Orlando’s most popular breweries, including Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig. It’s a great way to enjoy a taste of the local craft scene while exploring this unique dining location.
