Looking to experience Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith one last time? Well, as of right now, you’ll be able to continue to ride until sometime in the spring of 2026. No actual closing date has been given, but it’s safe to say that if you want to ride the current version, you’ll want to do so sooner rather than later.
The Aerosmith Pre-Show Has Already Been Removed
While the main ride is still operational, one major part of the experience has already changed. The Aerosmith pre-show is now boarded up.
This is because Disney has begun installing the new AudioAnimatronics figures that will debut with the attraction’s next iteration. Work is being done to add in the AudioAnamatronics of Scooter and the penguins for the upcoming version of Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

The Electric Mayhem are headlining their biggest Hollywood concert ever! There’s just one little problem: where is the band?
Across town at G-Force Records, we’re treated to a VIP tour of the legendary rock and roll recording studio. Things might look a little different though. That’s because the label has recently come under new management – The Muppets! They’ve landed some new digs… with just a little help from Scooter’s uncle, real estate tycoon and owner of the Muppet Theatre, J.P. Grosse. (He really puts the G in G-Force).
We’ll then roll across Hollywood on a wild ride with the Electric Mayhem, complete with backstage chaos, high-speed thrills, that signature Muppet humor!
