Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina Coming to the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel

Get ready for a brand new dining experience making its way to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina will open its doors this summer, replacing Shula’s Steakhouse at the Dolphin Hotel.
Chef Michael Mina, a James Beard Award winner and founder of The Mina Group, is known for elevating the classic American steakhouse. The menu at the new Bourbon Steak location will focus on high-end cuts of beef and seafood. Dishes will be prepared using modern techniques. Menu items will include global influences with an emphasis on product, technique, and presentation.
Shula’s Steakhouse will continue operating through June 14, 2025. The new restaurant is expected to debut in mid-summer. We’ll have more details for you as they are released.
