New Airport Luggage Delivery Service Test for Walt Disney World Resort Guests from Orlando International Airport

Good news for those flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO) and staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels – you may be able to skip baggage claim entirely and have your bags delivered straight to your resort.
BagCheck, a third-party provider, will transport the luggage from the airport, with delivery to the resort! This allows Guests to head straight to the magic once they arrive!
How the BagCheck Luggage Delivery Service Works
With BagCheck, Guests arriving at Orlando International Airport can:
- Check in at the Southwest bag drop area or ticket counter
- Bypass traditional baggage claim when they’ve landed
- Have their checked luggage picked up at MCO
- Get it delivered directly to their Disney Resort hotel
BagCheck will transport luggage from the airport with delivery to the resort within approximately four hours of arrival.
If you’d like to take advantage of the service, your registration window opens 30 days prior to departure and closes 5 days prior to departure.

- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort

Disney has been testing the ability for Guests to check their bags at select Disney Resorts prior to leaving and heading home for about a year. More information can be found here:
