runDisney 2026–2027 Season Dates Released: Wine & Dine, Marathon, Princess & More

If you love combining miles with magic, it’s time to mark your calendar! Disney has officially released the dates for the 2026–2027 runDisney race season at Walt Disney World, giving runners plenty of time to plan, train, and register.
The newly announced schedule includes dates and registration windows for four fan-favorite race weekends:
- 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend
- 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend
- 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend
- 2027 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend

2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend
The 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will take place from October 22 through October 25, 2026. Guests can register for these events with General Registration beginning February 10, 2026.
This popular race weekend is known for its foodie flair, themed courses, and access to the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. Events include a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the multi-race challenge.
2027 Walt Disney World World Marathon Weekend
The 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend will take place from January 6 through January 10, 2027. Guests can register for these events with General Registration beginning March 17, 2026.
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend is the largest runDisney event of the year, offering races for all skill levels, including:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Full Marathon
- Dopey Challenge
- Goofy Challenge
This race weekend takes runners through multiple Walt Disney World theme parks and is a bucket-list event for many runDisney fans.
2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend
The 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend will take place from February 25 through March 1, 2027. General Registration opens on June 2, 2026.
This race weekend celebrates Disney Princesses and heroines, welcoming runners of all genders. Events typically include a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the Fairy Tale Challenge.
Princess Weekend is known for its supportive atmosphere, character appearances, and some of the most creative costumes seen all season.
2027 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend
The 2027 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend will occur from April 15 through April 18, 2027. General Registration will open on July 7, 2026.
Springtime Surprise is unique because it features changing race themes each year. This keeps the event fresh and exciting. Distances usually include a 5K, 10K, 10-Miler, and a multi-race challenge.
This event is perfect for runners looking for something different to close out the runDisney season
