About Volcano Bay Nights

Volcano Bay Nights is a limited-time nighttime event at Universal’s Volcano Bay water park at Universal Orlando Resort. The event allows guests to experience the park after dark with shorter ride wait times, live entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and special activities. The 2026 event will take place on select nights from May 3 through August 21, 2026.

For those who have never been, Volcano Bay is Universal Orlando’s tropical-themed water park featuring a massive volcano centerpiece and dozens of water attractions.

What to Expect During Volcano Bay Nights

Guests can expect exclusive access to many of Volcano Bay’s most popular attractions with reduced wait times.

Some of the rides expected to be available include fan favorites such as:

• Krakatau Aqua Coaster
• Ko’okiri Body Plunge
• Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides

Riding these thrilling water attractions at night adds an entirely new level of excitement to the experience.

Live Entertainment and Beach Party Fun

In addition to attractions, guests attending Volcano Bay Nights can enjoy a lively atmosphere throughout the park.

One of the highlights is the party at Waturi Beach, where a live DJ keeps the energy going with music and dancing under the glow of Krakatau volcano. It’s a great place to relax between rides or dance the night away with friends and family.

Guests can also participate in nostalgic beach-style games including:

• Limbo competitions

DreamWorks Character Meet and Greets
