Butterbeer Season is Here

Get ready, witches, wizards, and muggles! Universal Orlando Resort is celebrating Butterbeer Season for the very first time! So, just what is Butterbeer Season? Universal says it’s a time to “Enjoy Butterbeer with your friends.”
During Butterbeer Season though, for a limited time, you can enjoy things like an ice lolly that features the Butterbeer flavor in popsicle form. Plus, new Butterbeer caramels will be available. Finally, for a limited time only during this festive period, cold and frozen Butterbeer will be available for purchase in a special collectible silver stein.
Don’t know what Butterbeer is? Well, it’s iconic in Harry Potter lore. It’s mentioned many times in both the books and the movies. Butterbeer has flavors that are reminiscent of both butterscotch and shortbread, though I definitely taste some vanilla too. It is available in a bunch of different ways, including cold, frozen, hot (my personal favorite, which I can drink even when it’s 100 degrees outside), and in a non-dairy version. For those who maybe don’t want to drink it, it’s also available in fudge, potted cream, and ice cream form. There’s also some limited-edition version specifically for this event.
Butterbeer Season kicked off today and will run through April 30, 2024.
