Inside the Grand Hall on the Disney Destiny

Marvelous is really what we should call it! The Grand Hall on the Disney Destiny takes its inspiration from Marvel stories, specifically Black Panther. Guests will feel that connection immediately when they step inside and see the incredible statue of T’Challa proudly featured in the space.

From the moment you board, the Disney Destiny’s Grand Hall transports you into a world of heroes and villains.

A Three-Story Marvel -Inspired Atrium

The three-story venue, which will serve as a central gathering space and entertainment hub for guests, honors Wakanda through thoughtful design details including metalwork on the pillars that mimics the banded armor and stacked jewelry found in Wakanda.

Up above, the breathtaking chandelier is fashioned after Vibranium, the rare metallic ore found in the fictional nation. Directly below, the geometric patterns capture the chevron pattern from Queen Ramonda’s crown.

From Bright Atrium to Mythical Realm

For most of the day, the Disney Destiny Grand Hall is bright, however at any moment, it morphs into a mythical realm of mystery.

With lighting effects that fill the room, the ever-changing space reacts to the presence of certain characters. It even takes on the signature aura of some of the most legendary villains from Disney and Marvel.

One such transformation takes place with the arrival of Loki. Intent on clearing his name with the mortals of Midgard, Loki tries to declare himself ruler of this vessel and its occupants.

The God of Mischief occasionally recruits unsuspecting guests for a surprise competition to prove their adoration or command them to explain the strange foreign rituals of ocean cruising.

Or you could come in contact with Dr. Facilier. He is often lurking around the Disney Destiny Grand Hall with a dazzling parlor trick or sleight of hand. You can join him for a game of chance!
