Disney Skyliner Refurbishment Will Take Place Late January 2027

Disney Skyliner refurbishment January 2027 Walt Disney World

From time to time, the Disney Skyliner needs to go down for maintenance to keep the transportation system running optimally. That means that the Disney Skyliner will be closed for a brief refurbishment from January 24 through January 30, 2027. This maintenance typically happens once a year, usually in the month of January for a few days.

Complimentary bus service will be available throughout the closure.

Impacts on Walt Disney World Resort Guests

Impacted Walt Disney World Resort Hotels will include Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. A couple of Walt Disney World theme parks will also be impacted. Those includes EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Disney Skyliner Refurbishments 2026

As a reminder, the Disney Skyliner will also be closed at the end of January 2026. It will be unavailable from January 25 through January 31, 2026.
