First Look at Clawhauser AudioAnamatronic for Zootopia: Better Zoogether

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will be opening at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on November 7, 2025 and when it opens, Guests will come face to face with a brand new AudioAnamatronic of one of the beloved characters from the film – Clawhauser!

The Story Behind Zootopia: Better Zoogether!  

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will be a “4D” show that is opening in the Tree of Life Theater. The story goes that the residents of Zootopia are gearing up for Zoogether Day, a citywide celebration. 

What is Zoogether Day? It is a celebration of unity amongst the diverse biomes across the city, and it will be recognized with special performances such as ice-skating spectaculars from the heart of Tundratown! Synchronized swimming direct from Marsh Market! Tiny mouse drone shows soaring over Little Rodentia! And of course, a musical finale by superstar Gazelle – all of which we’ll see from the livestream watch party. From special performances across Zootopia to an epic musical finale, come ready to leap, laugh, and let loose.

The Tree of Life Theater is the epicenter of Zoogether Day! Guests will find host Heidi Howler presenting said watch party where the audience will catch all the festivities via livestream. Guests will don “Carrot Vision” glasses as part of the watch party experience and some of your favorite characters from not only Zootopia, but also Zootopia 2 will be part of the show.

However, one special character will be in the room with us! Benjamin Clawhauser himself will be there thanks to a brand new Audio-Animatronics version of the beloved character.  (Oh my gosh! It was right there in plain sight! Look at him in the above concept art!)

And let me tell you, he’s ready for a party! Guests will find him decked out in glow necklaces, bracelets, and his favorite, glittery Gazelle tee shirt. He wants nothing more than to be picked as the V.I.Z. (Very Important Zootopian – the lucky mammal who will get special access to the Zoogether Day performers). And when that doesn’t work out, he may have a plan. (I can just take a wild guess that something will go wrong….)
