Disneyland Tours

Two guided tours are returning to the Disneyland Resort next month! Cultivating the Magic and the Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour will both be returning. These Disneyland Tours will be available to book beginning April 30 and tours will start to take place beginning May 11.

Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour

With this tour, Guests will be able to get a look into Walt Disney’s love for trains and discover the impact it had on the Disneyland Resort. This 2-hour tour has Guests walking through the park listening to stories about where the idea behind Walt’s train creations first started. You’ll understand the impact trains had on Walt Disney’s dreams—from animation and film all the way to the theme parks.

From there, you’ll catch a rare glimpse of the Disneyland Park Roundhouse. This is not typically viewed by the public. Here’s you’ll learn more about the Imagineers that look after the Disneyland Monorail and trains.

From there, you’ll climb aboard Disneyland Railroad’s special Presidential Car, the Lilly Belle. Take the scenic route along the Rivers of America to see landscapes inspired by 4 of America’s majestic rivers: the Mississippi, the Columbia, the Missouri and the Rio Grande. Each are carefully recreated, complete with indigenous rock formations, natural forests, wildlife and 5 picturesque waterfalls.

Cultivating the Magic Tour

Be immersed in storytelling at Disneyland Park where every little detail, including landscaping, helps to create a living storybook. During this tour, you’ll explore the magic that comes from plants and flowers which play a key role in storytelling.

Guests will be welcomed by the Mickey Floral, and then walk through Town Square, where you’re greeted by cheerful flower beds and hanging baskets full of brightly colored flowers. Stop at the Central Plaza, and then be guided through Frontierland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and Adventureland.

Finally, you’ll take a ride on the Jungle Cruise. Here, every plant you’re going to encounter along your journey was chosen for its own particular tale. Your tour guide will unearth their stories—as you travel from the misty Amazon River of South America to the African Velt and other fascinating destinations, overflowing with beauty.

But now, I want to know your thoughts. Which of these Disneyland tours would you want to take? You can share with me in the comments or on social! Find me on FacebookXYouTubeInstagram, Threads, and TikTok.
