Disney Shares First Look of Monsters Inc Coaster

Are you excited for the upcoming Monsters Inc Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios? Well, today, Disney shared a first look at this new coaster!

While getting to walk through the streets of Monstropolis is exciting enough, the land will include a signature attraction where guests embark on a thrilling roller coaster ride through the Monsters, Inc. door vault.

Today the Imagineering team revealed the load area for the attraction. The upcoming door ride will feature the first-ever suspended coaster at a Disney Park, and the first-ever vertical lift.

Guests will board the vehicle before being hoisted into the air to zoom into the door vault.

As a reminder, Muppet*Vision 3D will be closing to make way for the world of Monsters, Inc on June 7, 2025.
