Test Track Reopens in July 2025

Get ready to zoom around the track once again! Test Track at EPCOT will reopen officially with it’s third version on July 22, 2025! This attraction update will debut an all-new musical score, as well as new scenes that highlight technology making cars smarter and our lives more fun. 

About Test Track 3.0

While Test Track has always celebrated new and future automotive technology, this new version has a goal to remind us of what a road trip is all about: spending quality time in the company of friends and family while embracing the world around you. When the attraction reopens, Test Track will celebrate today’s innovation while highlighting the past, present, and future.

New show scenes will showcase technological advances about how our lifestyles and relationships to moving around connects us to everyone. Scenes in this new ride will focus on onboard technology, customization and personalization. One of the new scenes Guests will experience showcases how vehicles can use advanced cameras and sensors to “see” the world they drive through. And yes, we’ll still go outside, in a way that reminds us all of the joys of driving.  We’ve been hearing the cars race around the track a lot lately, as it’s been testing.

About the Queue

We do also know what to expect with the queue. It will feature six distinct exhibits, and within each room celebrate the vehicles, as well as the people behind the vehicles, that help get people to our next chapter in our motion journey. 

Previews

Final touches are currently being worked on and select Guests will be able to take part in previews. Those will include cast members, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, Golden Oak residents and Club 33 Members. I’ll share more details with you as I learn them.
