The brand new version of Country Bear Musical Jamboree will debut officially on July 17 at the Magic Kingdom! The Frontierland staple has been updated and it will include artists performing Disney-fied country songs. These songs are performed in a style that pays homage to the Opry-style shows of Nashville. The new Walt Disney World show will feature interpretations in various genres of country music, including Americana, bluegrass, pop-country, rockabilly and more.
The set list is as follows:
We already know a few of the artists that will be performing include Mac McAnally who is performing “Bare Necessities,” and Emily Ann Roberts, an up-and-coming country star and finalist on “The Voice,” to perform “Try Everything” from “Zootopia.” Plus, singer-songwriter Allison Russel and musician Chris Thile shared their talents for Wendell and Teddi Barra’s rendition of “A Whole New World.”
Beginning July 17, these songs can be streamed on select streaming platforms.
We can bear-ly contain our excitement to see the Country Bear Musical Jamboree when it officially returns in a few days.
