Sangria University Moving to Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood in December 2025

The extremely popular Sangria University is moving! Beginning December 13, Guests will be able to experience this fun class at Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! it will be moving from its current location at Three Bridges Bar and Grill.

What is Sangria University?

Sangria University is an afternoon course lead by trained professionals. During the class, they wil discuss the history of sangria and reveal the recipes used to make the 4 in-house varieties served. You’ll then enjoy a tasting of the 4 sangria offerings and a light appetizer.

The menu is subject to change, but includes Espumoso (Sparkling) Sangria,  Blanco (White) Sangria, Rosado (Rosé) Sangria, Tinto (Red) Sangria.

Best of all, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own glass of sangria from a selection of fresh fruits and base spirits!

Guests younger than 21 can participate. They will be charged full price and served a non-alcoholic flight of beverages. They must be accompanied by an adult.

There will two classes that take place every Saturday and Sunday.

Cost of Sangria University

Current pricing for this event is $69-$79 plus tax and gratuity per person. Payment is due at booking and has a 1 day cancellation policy. Guests can book either on the Disney website or over the phone. The whole experience lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
