The long refurbishment of Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith at Disney’s Hollywood Studios appears to be coming to an end soon. The attraction currently seems to be slated to reopen on July 27, 2024.
For those that would be hoping this would be a refurbishment that would change the theme, I have bad news. The work that was done to the attraction that began on January 8, 2024 was just for general maintenance.
For those who haven’t experienced the Walt Disney World attraction, Guests catch up with Aerosmith who are in a recording session, but they are running late to their concert. They invite you to join them in a “Super Stretch Limo” that goes REALLY FAST to help you make it to the concert in time. All while cruising along to Aerosmith classics.
Inside their Hollywood music studio, legendary rock band Aerosmith is wrapping up a recording session. When their manager tells them they’re late for a concert across town, the band invites you to ride along.
But now, I want to know your thoughts. Are you excited to see Rock n’ Roller Coaster return or do you wish they would have done more extensive work and included a new theme or band? You can share with me in the comments or on social! Find me on Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
