New and Returning Holiday Fun for Disney’s Animal Kingdom in 2024

Get ready for some great holiday fun at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this year! Disney has announced a number of new and returning favorites for the Christmas holiday season in 2024!

This year, Guests will be able to meet the one and only Santa Claus at the 75th Annual Dino Institute Holiday Party on the patio at Restaurantosaurus! Guests will find him in this new location from November 12-December 24!

This is a fantastic new addition and something that I’m surprised took this long before it happened!

Of course, one of my FAVORITE things that happen each year at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the holidays are the Merry Menagerie! This is where Guests will find these incredible puppets of winter animals in Discovery Island. The puppets really do seem so lifelike!

Guests will also be able to meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse who will be dressed in their holiday finest at Adventurers Outpost.

And in the evening, you won’t want to miss the seasonal Tree of Life Awakenings that bring the spirits of winter animals to life. This show is incredible and can’t be missed!

Again, the holidays kick off at Walt Disney World beginning November 12 and you’ll want to make sure you take in all the festivities this year at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
