“September” to Play Exclusively At Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on September 21

On September 21, 2025, EPCOT’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will exclusively play Earth, Wind & Fire’s hit song ‘September.’ Fans will truly ‘remember the 21st night of September’ as this one-day-only soundtrack takeover celebrates the iconic song while guests help save the galaxy!

As many know, September 21 has become a social media celebration due to the line “do you remember, the 21st night of September” in the hit song. So, since the attraction features the song, they’ve been choosing to play this tune exclusively the past few years on that date.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind normally offers 6 different tracks at random, but “September” is arguably the most popular among fans.

How to Ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

The attraction recently got rid of the Virtual Queue option, so Guests wanting to ride this popular roller coaster will either need to get an Individual Lightning Lane or they’ll need to wait in the standby queue. Do keep in mind that the standby queue will likely be extremely long this particular day. So, you’ll want to ride either first thing in the morning, or probably wait until the end of the evening.
