More Details About Cool Kid Summer at Walt Disney World

This summer, the Walt Disney World Resort is kicking off the Cool Kid Summer! This is a family-friendly celebration that offers lots of great additions for those with kiddos, especially small ones! Here’s a closer look at what Guests can experience this summer. Discover what can be experienced at each of the four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as at some of the resort hotels.

Magic Kingdom

• Big Top Bash at Storybook Circus: Play and have fun at the Big Top in Storybook Circus in Magic Kingdom! Here Guests can join the DJ Ringmaster for a summertime dance party, participate in pop-up silliness with Pluto and experience kid-friendly midway-style games inside Big Top Souvenirs.

• Galactic Blast at Tomorrowland: Guests will find a space-inspired DJ dance party at Rocket Tower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland, with surprise appearances by Stitch himself! Magic Kingdom guests can also stop inside Merchant of Venus, which will feature indoor crafts inspired by the new Pixar film “Elio.”
  

EPCOT

• GoofyCore at CommuniCore Hall: Join Goofy for a dance and play experience inside CommuniCore Hall. This takeover features a DJ-led dance party and beloved kids’ games with thrilling twists, like Loopy Limbo and Parachutes ‘n’ Pipsqueaks, all hosted by Goofy and his crew.

• Phineas and Ferb near EPCOT Main Entrance: Starting June 1, Phineas and Ferb will make daily appearances for EPCOT guests!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• Get Animated at Animation Courtyard: Animation Courtyard comes alive with performances by magicians and jump rope performers, along with fun games and crafts for little ones while families can “Get Animated” with Mickey Mouse, beloved Disney Junior friends, and more at an indoor DJ dance party.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• Adventure All Around the Park: Park guests can explore new nature-based adventures with favorite Disney Characters and hands-on activities earning a limited-time Wilderness Explorers badge. In addition, enjoy the Dino Institute Intern at A Celebration Sing-Along at Discovery Island, who will perform one-of-a-kind songs, highlighting all the creatures you can spot around the park.

Disney Resort Hotels

• More Cool Kid Summer fun can be enjoyed by resort guests staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Special activities include character visits, family games, music and more.
