2025 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Celebrates California

It’s the return of the Disney California Food and Wine Festival at the Disneyland Resort! The fun takes place from February 28 through April 21, 2025. The goal is to bring food and beverages inspired by the cultures and ingredients of California. This year’s festival features eight marketplaces with different delicacies.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Menu Offering Highlights

The festival menu includes more than 100 food and beverage items. This year, there’s an all-new marketplace, called Mercado de Antojos, which translates to “market of cravings”, and it honors California’s Hispanic cuisine with items like birria mac and cheese and cafe de olla-infused tres leches cake.

Some of the other new selections at the festival are:

• Mini LA street dog from LA Style and Award Weiners: adorned with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish and Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon
• Pescado zarandeado from Paradise Garden Grill: whole grilled fish with corn tortillas, refried beans, Spanish rice, zesty slaw, pickled vegetables and a side of chips and salsa
• Mango sticky rice-inspired churro from Señor Buzz Churros and Churros near Goofy’s Sky School: classic churro rolled in sugar with sticky rice and mango pieces
• Smoked Hawaiian pizza from Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta: spicy marinara, smoked mozzarella, glazed ham and charred pineapple

Sip and Savor Pass

Guests planning to sample multiple festival menu items can save with the purchase of the Sip and Savor Pass, which comes in four-coupon and eight-coupon options. Each digital coupon can be redeemed for a select food item or nonalcoholic beverage at festival marketplaces or participating dining locations. The Sip and Savor Pass can be shared among friends and family or used over multiple visits to this year’s Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival.  

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Culinary Experiences and Presentations

Did you know that the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival offers special culinary experiences and presentations? While they cost extra, these presentations include things like :

• Beverage education seminars with tastings of popular libations
• All new Dinner and Scotch event for a special culinary experience at Hearthstone Lounge
• Carthay Circle Receptions, featuring Karl Strauss Brewing Co. and Duckhorn Vineyards

Live Entertainment and More

The festival also includes a number of live entertainment options and other special perks. These include:

• The return of Soarin’ Over California, which transports Guests through the Golden State’s landscapes.
• Daily entertainment that includes “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and live musical performances at the Paradise Gardens Bandstand. On select days, guests can enjoy “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties,” an interactive show inspired by the Disney Jr. series, and band performances at the Palisades Stage.
• Celebrity chef Jet Tila, Nicholas Echaore and Ryan Garlitos of Heritage BBQ, Disneyland Resort chefs and others lead culinary demonstrations at the Hollywood Backlot Stage on Saturday and Sundays during the festival.
• Guests can eat, shop and indulge in even more limited-time offerings from participating locations at the Downtown Disney District and Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
