Updates Coming to the Disney Fantasy

In just a few weeks, the Disney Fantasy will undergo a dry dock and during that time period, the Disney Cruise Line ship will see a number of enhancements added. These will include updated restaurants, updated spa areas, and more. Let’s dive in and take a look at the changes.

In the quick grab area, called Flo’s Cafe, themed after the Cars films, Guests will be able to stop at Ramone’s Cantina for poolside tacos and bowls! This will be a welcome addition, because when I was on the ship recently, I was looking for something other than just chicken fingers, pizza, and sandwiches. This is a very welcome addition.

Moving over to the spa, Senses Spa will see newly updated spaces, which will make things even more relaxing for Guests.

A new concierge lounge is coming and it will be inspired by the film, “Hercules”!

Also, Edge, which is the special hangout space for Guests ages 11 to 14 where they can connect with other tweens will be moving. It will soon be located on Deck 5 and will include new, fun features.

And since Edge is moving, it frees up the funnel that was currently used by the tween club to now be transformed into a new funnel suite, which will pay tribute to Sorcerer Mickey! This is a move that doesn’t surprise me, as a funnel suite is a better and more lucrative option for this prime real estate on the ship.

These spaces will debut when the ship comes out of dry dock later this fall!
