AquaMouse on Disney Destiny to Feature Villain Storyline

One of the coolest parts of experiencing a Disney Cruise Line ship is the attraction at sea called the AquaMouse! The AquaMouse is found on the Disney Wish class ships and it’s a mix of ride and water attraction!

The Disney Destiny’s AquaMouse will feature a new storyline that will include Disney Villains!

In “Sing a Silly Song,” Mickey and Minnie will lead guests on a seemingly ominous trek to the peak of Villain Mountain. When faced with some of the most fearsome villains of Disney Animation lore, the duo will employ a silly song, as well, as a bit of pixie dust, to transform each chilling encounter into a wacky surprise. Guests will laugh and splash along as Queen of Hearts (“Alice in Wonderland”), Scar (“The Lion King”), Chernabog (“Fantasia”) and others.

“Sing a Silly Song” will be one of four shows available on AquaMouse aboard the Disney Destiny!

Other Entertaining Villainous Experiences

Aboard the Disney Destiny, Guests will encounter foes like Maleficent, Hades, Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee and Oogie Boogie. They will find these baddies through a variety of shows, meet-and-greets and special appearances throughout the ship. Guests will also find some of Disney’s most mischievous and misunderstood personalities, like Captain Jack Sparrow, Bruno and Loki.

The Disney Destiny will also introduce exclusive ways for Guests to interact with their favorites during all-new events and activities. This will include a frighteningly fun dance party in Oogie Boogie’s shipboard lair. There will also be an interactive Disney trivia event that often gets interrupted by a cast of Disney villains.

Disney has also shared that a brand new rotational dining experience will be coming to the Disney Destiny called Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King. There will also be a new sweet shop called Edna Á La Mode Sweets, plus Café Megara and Café Merida on the Disney Destiny. The Disney Destiny will debut in 2025 and is a sister ship to the Disney Wish and the Disney Treasure. The ship draws inspiration from favorite Disney Heroes and Villains!

Final Thoughts

I think I may have actually experienced the Oogie Boogie dance party that they are discussing onboard a sailing I took on the Disney Wish! It was certainly a fun and unique time. Plus you do get up close to Oogie Boogie in fun ways!
